Our Electrical Cabinets are all Designed & Built In House using EPLAN as our preferred software package. We only use market leading sub component brands such as Siemens, Murr, TURCK, Banner, Balluff etc.
System Integration
FASTEN8 originates from a team of Equipment Building Specialists. As a result, we are very experienced in onsite installation, retrofitting, troubleshooting and production support. We can work with third party equipment to deliver results our customers.
Mechanical Design
Our Design Team has the skills required to deliver top class mechanical design. We specialize in our own fastener & assembly equipment along with a wide range of custom machine building abilities.
Software
We pride ourselves in our Controls & Software background. All our software is written to the IEC61131-3 international standard. This software architecture is crucial for fast trouble shooting and continuous development.
Contract Servicing
We offer onsite serving of existing equipment. Prevention is better than a cure! A predictive maintenance program is the best way to keep downtime to a minimum. IoT / Industry 4.0 sensors and controls can be modified or installed to automate and monitor this maintenance.
