Our In-Die systems can be used with both Transfer and Progressive Dies. It is the most Cost-Effective Solution for High Volume applications.

Our Insertion Heads have Integrated Sensors for In-Die Process Monitoring. Modular Components that can be changed out as one unit. Integrated Quick Connects for pneumatics, electrics and shot tubes.

Robot Mounted Tools:
We can attach our Insertion Tools to the end of any Robotic System to give increased flexibility and maximize output with higher speeds and performance. The robot moves to set our Fasteners.

Robot Workstations:
Our Stationary C-frame setting systems have a Built-In Tolerance Absorbing feature to ensure the part is installed accurately in the assembly. The robot handles the part.

Blind Rivet Automation:
We design and build Custom & Standard Blind Rivet machines.

We specialize in delivering turn key equipment, with Full Process Monitoring and Control ensuring the highest quality is provided on all our customers applications.

Our equipment can be used to set a variety of Blind Rivet Nuts & Studs.

We offer a range of Semi and Fully Automated Breakstem Rivet Installation Equipment. Our Installation Equipment is tailored made to meet the specific requirements of each application.

Controllers

FN8 Controllers were developed for our Assembly Equipment. This was a key step in combining Fastener and Automation Know-How.

Our Controllers have OPC UA embedded which is key for IoT, I4.0 and Peer-to-Peer communication.
Our Controllers enable our software to be developed independent of our controls hardware. This maximizes the implementation of our knowledge base.

We eliminated legacy issues coming from other controllers being discontinued.

Retrofitting

Legacy equipment was not designed to communicate, but it can be given a new lease of life by Retrofitting smart technology.

Retrofitting avoids replacing an entire system by instead adding the required capabilities to equipment that is already installed. Intelligent Gateways are the only way to bridge legacy systems into modern Internet-connected systems.

They can monitor those communications for predictive maintenance, End to End production traceability and to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness.

The FN8-Megabus Gateway enables machine to machine communications without the need for multiple software vendors.
